Yes, this was the bugfix. In a complex table (where cells have been merged) it
does not really make sense to generate a Chart from. Thus, it has been blocked
to prevent crashes like in OO 1.1.2.
Now you should select the range of the table BEFORE you call
Insert.Object.Chart. Then it should work (at least it does on my machine;-) ).
