2005 -------
Added class sd::IdleDetection to detect a slide show that is running a) full
screen and b) in an active window. Modified sd::slidesorter::QueueProcessor and
sd::toolpanel::MasterPageContainer to not create page previews when a full
screen show is running and to poll in larger time intervalls for the end of the
show.
