Follow-up to issue 39982.

REPRODUCTION:
=============

Note:
there's no rule for a guarantied reproduction, but as seen on Fedora Core 3 with
Culmus fonts version 1.01 this phenomenon can be seen quite often.

1. load bugdoc (word document) from issue 37911.
2. change zoom level with Ctrl + mouse wheel up/down

=> note that at certain zoom levels the painting of hebrew glyphs in the first
line of the doc becomes grubby. The behaviour is a bit similar to a repaint
error (but it isn't), as with a moved dialog window patially covering the text
line, you can make the covered glyphs become corrupted or 'healed' again. The
concrete behaviour is arbitrary.

Evaluation:
===========

>From what we currently understand the grubby painting is probably due to an
XFont and a Type1 font with the same stripped name (david). "David CLM" is
provided via FontConfig and XFS and additionally served as XFont "David" by the
XServer. The Xfont "David" is taken as requested (no antialiased rendering) and
possibly mixed with the character metrics from a different (fallback) font
(LucidaSans?). But this is not yet completely understood.

Stopping X from serving "David" results at certain zoom levels to 'rectangles'
or illegal characters. Exporting the doc to PDF reveals that "LucidaSans" is
taken, which may be due to missing entries for "David" and "David CLM" in
VCL.xcu.
(Will file another issue for enhancing VCL.xcu regarding the Culmus fonts.)
