@SW: this kind of testing makes little sense to me...
- the service description clearly states that those services have to be raised
with arguments (explicit service ctors are given)
- even from a user's standpoint, raising this service makes no sense, it is just
a meta service to tag backends
- I can understand that crashes are flagged P2, but this scenario is very
obscure... and definitely not worth P2
