This bug was not related to #i36770#. The problem behind: for our "recycle
task"
feature we need the information if a file is opened as template or not. But
this
information was set to late inside the code ....
The problem behind #i36770# was: the call provided the needed template
information already ... but it was not recognized checking the recycle task.
Now both problems should be fixed here. But QA should test #i36770# AND
#116661# to be sure.
