Hi,
this is not a bug. C4 and D4 contains text. Calc does not calculate with text
values. To solve your problem either use
C4=IF(F4="Test";VALUE("18:00");VALUE("06:00")) or C4=IF(F4="Test";18:00;06:00) .
In the second case the timevalues are converted to their decimal visualization.
