The reason for the described behaviour is that the
sd::slidesorter::SelectionFunction::mbPageHit member is not correctly set when
the left mouse button is pressed over a page preview. As a result the internal
drag operation is not turned into an external drag&drop in
SelectionFunction::StartDrag().
