I was however wondering if there could be some sort of prompt which tells you that information is missing from the table when you try and open it, I am relativly new to OpenOffice, but I think this would be a good remider, I wasn't expecting for information missing, so I queried the table and made myself look a little silly when they told me to look a little closer.
