with match case the routine only searches word case sensitiv. ms
does it in the way described. if you open replace in ms office and
you are searching the word he and like to replace this bei the word
his, MS will make a He to His, we just make a He a his.
This is an enhacement wich because this is not a bug, this is just a
different implementation.
