Re-opening becasue it has just happened again in m74; and because I think I
know
why this time.
I changed something on the Tools menu -- specifically I made the "word count"
entry point to my macro rather than the OOo supplied one. Format still working.
But when I closed and restarted OOo the format menu had disappeared again.
So: steps to repeat -- customise the tools menu. Close everything and restart
OOo. Check the format menu.
