The workaround is to evaluate the TOC not only up to level 2 but all levels.
Additionally the styles applied to the 'Appendix' levels need to be modified so
that the indents of Contents 7 and Contents 8 are the same as Contents 1 and
Contents 2
BTW: This enhancement request is a workaround in itself.
When the changes of
http://specs.openoffice.org/writer/numbering/NumberingBullet2.sxw are
implemented then the Appendix would get is's own outline numbering that can be
directly included into the TOC.
