  Yes, I got a new version, but it doesn't install - it just produces
the second message in my complaint from OO - already installed. That
doesn't feel like an error because it IS installed, and it works for 
other things. 
   If I knew how to remove it, in order to try again, it might fix
everything.  It is not in the applications list.  Do you know?
A google search is very hard to phrase correctly... 'uninstall instmisa'
gets the wrong hits.
