AS->CN: As already discussed ... The test checks the Bibliography loader, which
is an asynchronous loader supporting the interface css.frame.XFrameLoader.
The sfx frame loader can be tested by creating the uno service "com.sun.star.
comp.Office.FrameLoader", query for the interface css.frame.
XSynchronousFrameLoader and try to load and file://, ftp://, http:// or private:
factory/ URL.
