It may not be a developer's idea of important but this in no way reflects the reality in offices across this planet. These services are used and used extensively. This problem was actually reported to me by two people using the latest milestone as part of their day to day uses! They are changing from M$ word to OO as OO2 has solved so many compatibility issues!
