The translations are left in there for "nerver-touch-a-runing-system" issues. No
localize.sdf nor the translations are displayed anywhere. I will remove
/binfilter/*/localize.sdf files and update localize.pl to avoid merging anything
into binfilter.
Why you want to remove the whole binfilter module ? Then you can not open/save
the legacy file formats.
