I could not reproduce it in our build environment. Even if the patch may work,
it is not correct. No source directory in a project may depent on util. If so,
it is a bug. Unfortunately this does not occurr here, so I can only set this
issues to worksforme. In case you can narrow down the real issue feel free to
reopen this issue.
