Invalid.
You disabled "adjust automatically" in the trow's-height properties (not sure
what is the correct english label. Just put the cursor in the cell that doesn't
grow and then choose Row|Height from the context-menu. Check the box and the
size will grow.
No bug in the software → no problem.
