Hi,
if you would change a value separated by a dot to one separated by a comma, you
can just change the locale and the separator changes automatically.
If you have a value formatted as text and will change it to a numerical value,
just format the cell as as numeric and remove the apostrophe in front of the
numbers.
This is not a bug.
Closing invalid as we got no response and as far as I understand the description
this is not an Issue.
