obo: This error sometimes occurs. But this workspace is already very old and
this kind of problem has been fixed for actual SRC680 codeline. I'll try to
narrow the problem down if I've the time to do it. A workaround is to kill all
devenv zombie processes and removing the output tree as Volker suggested.
