Updating as the problem is still present in m130.
If an attempt to open the file is made from a graphical file browser, such as
Nautilus or Konqueror, OOo starts and then segfaults.
The second time around, OOo can not recognize the file type, asks for input,
fails to recognize, tries to recover the file, but the resulting file ends up
empty.
Setting the crash keyword and upping priority to P2
