In the Hebrew build of Beta2, comboboxes and spinfields do not show text.

See comboboxes in the attached screenshot "BeforePatch.jpg". Instead of showing
the current style, font, and font size, the boxes are empty. When I change the
UI language to English, the problem goes away, and I can see the text.

Similarly, see the spinfields in the attached screenshot
"BeforePatch_FormatPage.jpg". This is the Hebrew versionof the Format/Page
dialog. The spinfields show no numbers. When I change the UI language to
English, the problem goes away, and I can see the text.

When clicking on the arrow to open the list box, however, the text does appear.

I am attaching a patch of changes that I made (control_RTL.patch) to disable RTL
in comboboxes and spinfields, and the resulting behavior. See the attachments
"AfterPatch.jpg" and "AfterPatch_FormatPage.jpg".

Note that after disabling RTL, the text appears. However, the text overwrites
the buttons in both comboboxes and spinfields. Pressing the buttons does not
open the listbox in a combobox or change the value in a spinfield, presumably
because they are overwritten by the text field.
