I've attached a spreadsheet made with excessive content to show you the real-
life problem we have when scrolling down or up through big spreadsheets.
You press and hold page up or down and notice the vertical scrollbar stays
still
untill you release it becuase the view is too slow to update and the scrollbar
is not given proper priority.
I have a 1.8 GigaHz AMD - it might work on faster PCs but I think you should
make it work on slower CPUs like mine too.
