This is about deciding for the Thai locale what entries should appear in the
Numbering type and Outline tabs in the Bullets and Numbering tab. From a
technical point of view, it's trivial. The problem is the non-technical issue
of determining what kind of numbering Thai users are most likely to use.
The work is all on our side. All Sun needs to do is to integrate a patch to
th_TH.xml. Once I've generated an appropriate patch, I'll assign this to er (?)
for integration.
