fixed in cws swqbf40 - changed file:

defect cause:
An anchored object, whose wrapping style is 'Wrap through' causes layout loop
due to its positioning. This is detected and the straight-forward positioning
algorithm is intented to being applied to steady the situation. But method
<SwAnchoredObject:ConsiderWrapInfluenceOnObjPos()> doesn't work as excepted.
