Someone in the dialog itself tried to make the dropdown listboxes of not
dropdown type after creation (sw/source/ui/envelp/label1.cxx line 447) - this
never worked, but interferes with listbox drawing (vcl/source/window/brdwin.cxx
line 1238).
discussed with os and removed the useless style fiddling in writer
fixed in CWS vcl44
