But I did investigate the problem:

1. the sourcefile instsetoo_native/inc_openoffice/windows/msi_languages/Nsis.ulf
contains:

[MUI_TEXT_WELCOME_INFO_TITLE]
en-US = "Thank you for downloading %PRODUCTNAME %PRODUCTVERSION."
de = "Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich für %PRODUCTNAME %PRODUCTVERSION entschieden
haben."

so the word *is* there.

2. as you can see on the screenshot, the word "haben" *is* displayed there,
because you can see top parts of letters 'h' and 'b' (black dots).

-> there is no space to display it.
