Please give more detailed instructions. I cannot reproduce on OOo 2.0.0 rc1
from Linux RPMs.
These are my steps.
1. In Calc, type the number 1 in cells A1, A2, B1, B2
2. Copy these cells with CTRL+C
3. Paste into blank Writer document
4. In Calc, type the number 2 in cells D1, D2, E1, E2
5. Copy these cells with CTRL+C
6. Return to Writer document
7. Double click on embedded spreadsheet to activate
8. Paste with CTRL+V
