As our QA doesn't seem to know this issue, it may be an installation artifact on
your site.
Please check
- do you see the online Help at all? (explanation: the tips are part of program
code, while the extended tips are part of the online help)
- did you compare the MD5 checksum on the download files? (a faulty rpm file?)
- did you install into a new directory? (mayhem if you install to an old OOo
folder)
- did you follow the published Setup procedure to the numbers/letters? (may be a
mistyped commad to extract an rpm file?)
- which version/brand of Linux, which build of OOo do you use?
