Can you provide some more info about your installation?
e.g.
- have you done a network / multiuser installation (check setupguide how to do
so)
- do you have write permissions for your configuration path
in most cases this is a problem of a broken setup or a single user setup on a
multiuser platform.
I'll set to WORKSFORME, as I cannot reproduce. If there is a way to reproduce
after a fresh instalation, please reopen this issue.
