The problem doesn't occur on hp printer is a good hint. 1. It could be a printer driver problem. 2. If the two printers has different ways to feed the envelope. - adjust the envelope within the envelope dialog: - menu - Insert - Envelope... - TabPage Printer - Select the Envelope Orientation Else give an detailed step by step description how you build the envelope. Which format, which orientation.
