The behaviour appears to be a 'function' of OOo 2.0RC, even if it does not
happen for some users.
I have just opened a document in 2.0RC (created and saved some time ago with OOo
1.1.x) and observed that not selecting all of a paragraph meant the selection
block disappeared when I used right-click. Close 2.0RC and open the same
document with 1.1.4, try the same process and the selection block remains when I
right click.
Same user, same machine, same drivers, same session, same mouse, same document,
same process, different result. Only difference is OOo 1.1 or OOo 2.0.
