Found HID in \sw\source\ui\dbui\mailmergechildwindow.src
(FloatingWindow DLG_MAILMERGECHILD)
Problem was: Testtool cannot display HID for single button control if the
control covers the entire area of the dialog. The dialog is then displayed as
"active". I filed another issue for this to GH.
Manually added HID_MAILMERGECHILD with its only control HID_RETURN_TO_MAILMERGE
to the edia_i_o.win-file and updated the automated test to include the float
again.
