The CurrentMasterPagesSelector now references the pages in the current document
directly. From the MasterPagesSelector base class the code parts have been
moved to new MasterPagesContainerSelector that access the MasterPageContainer.
This code is not used by CurrentMasterPagesSelector and now is not inherited
anymore and thus does not have to be overwritten.
On assignment of master pages to pages or master pages of the current document
the former are not copied when they already belong to the current document.
The style name (as returned by GetPageName() called at the master pages) is now
stored by the MasterPageContainer along with the title of the template file.
They are used by the RecentMasterPagesSelector to identify currently used master
pages.
