If I paste my company logo, something made in MS Word using the drawing tools
there years ago, into a new document in Writer. When I ask to save as a *.doc
file the application hangs.

I have noticed that when I press save, a copy of WINWORD.EXE starts up (I can
see this in the Windows Task Manager). If I then kill the WINWORD.EXE image,
then I get Writer back and the file was saved succesfully.

The same behavior is observed if I save to native writer format.

I can open and save documents with the logo all I want. I only get problems if
I paste it in.

I can e-mail you a *.doc

Thanks

Eric
