I have tried to download the v1.1.3, but the website only gives me 1.1.4 options, when I try to download from http://download.openoffice.org/1.1.4/contribute.html?continue=http%3A//www.mirror.ac.uk/mirror/sunsite.dk/openoffice/stable/1.1.4/OOo_1.1.4_Win32Intel_install.zip
it saves the file called OOo 1.1.4 Win32Intel install.zip but then opens up a HTML page which should give you the option to choose your download? but it doesn't
Can you tell me the correct address to get the download to try?

works fine with OOo.1.1.3.
please install the latest version of the office.
look if the language you are using is supported by the spellchecker.
look in the dialog of the paragraph, is any laguage set?
