This is at least P2, maybe even a P1

The openoffice.org.xml is the key to mime-integration in freedesktop-org
(shared-mime-info) based desktop-environments. Without that file, detection of
the correct mime-type will fail and the user will not be able to double-click a
file in a file-manager to open it in OOo.

The file was OK in rc2 packages, but in rc3 it is included with 0 bytes. On
installation you'll get the error:
/usr/share/mime/packages/openoffice.org.xml:1: parser error : Document is empty
/usr/share/mime/packages/openoffice.org.xml:1: parser error : Start tag
expected, '<' not found
WARNING **: Failed to parse '/usr/share/mime/packages/openoffice.org.xml'

For me this is a Stopper for release.

Solution: Either re-build the desktop-integration packages or inlcude the rc2
ones in the download.
