Sorry if I didn't make that clear. In the source tree of OOo 1.1 they are in dictionaries/nl_NL/ By the way, the Dutch dictionaries are included in OOo 1.1 but not yet in 2.0. For this the dictionaries/nl_NL directory and a make file have to be added, and dictionaries/prj/build.lst has to be modified. It can probably be copied from the OOo 1.1 source tree.
