If the standard template (the empty document that comes up after "File-New")
does not fit the users needs, it is very easy to set up an individual template
with one's favorite margins, fonts, default language, background colour,
you-name-it... that is used every time a new document is created.
Please have a look at the masterpiece called the online help. Pressing <F1> gets
you there, too. Then search for "(Changing) Default Templates". See how easy it
is and keep on enjoying OpenOffice.org. :-)
