Basically it is reading the comments of
i18npool/source/localedata/data/locale.dtd and maybe
http://l10n.openoffice.org/i18n_framework/LocaleData.html and taking
i18npool/source/localedata/data/en_US.xml as a template and filling in your
locale's data. If in doubt please contact the [email protected] mailing
list. When ready attach the data file as mk_MK.xml to this issue and reassign
the issue to me ('er').

This almost certainly won't make it into 2.0.1 anymore, probably 2.0.2 instead.
