To crash OO.Org 2.0 (I know not all of this is relevant to the bug, but this is
what I originally did to trigger it):
   1) Dock the styles and formatting window (so it's easy to use)
   2) Put the following on the Writer page:
      One
      Two
      Three
      Four
      Five
   3) Select all 5 lines and set to Heading 1
   4) Select all 5 lines and set to Numbering 1 (on the List Styles tab)
   5) Put the cursor after the 'One' and hit return to create a new numbered
item on the next line
   6) Tab to increase the indent level, and change the numbering
   7) Hit CTRL-Z to undo several times, and OO.Org crashes
