Only using the sum button in the preformatted table causes OOo to crash (680m3
on Win98SE). In a newly inserted table it can be used in the attached document
as well as in new ones (should crash too, if I understand the first comment
right) without problems.
The amounts in the table use different decimal markers ("." and ",") and they
are formatted [Table - numbers format(? - 14th entry, German: "Zahlenformat")]
as "text" with format "@". Changing the format to "SFr. Deutsch (Schweiz)"
causes the amounts with the "." markers to turn to zero, if you link to them
("=<D8" for example) you get the same results.
This is another problem (I think I remember something about the differen decimal
markers in the past, but I hadn't time to search for an existent issue), but
even if you change the markers to "," and correct the format to "currency" and
"SFr. Deutsch (Schweiz)" the sum button causes a crash.
Just to mention it: If you write "=sum(<D2:D15>)" to the formula line it works
fine.
I asked the original poster on the de-users list to tell how he did make the
table (imported values?) - perhaps this may help you.
Best regards
Bernhard
