This is because Microsoft defined two different LCID values for Lithuanian:
Lithuanian: 0x0427
Lithuanian Classic: 0x0827

Don't ask me what the difference is, I don't know. Currently we map both values
to ISO codes lt_LT, and when mapping the ISO codes to LCID, Lithuanian 0x0427 is
used. However, in case MS documents were imported that use 0x0827 as language
attribute we need to be able to display the corresponding language in the
listbox, hence the differentiation.
Maybe someone from Lithuania can shed some light on this? Setting PleaseHelp
target and changing from defect to task.
