ES->FL: this is a design problem.
When modifying/using a new concordance file, the modifications (new entries) are
added to the index but not the deleted ones.
We should have a mechanism allowing to:
1) sync 2 different cocordance files
2) rebuilding an index using the new file ONLY (deleting all previous entries in
the doc)
