Confirmed using OOo 2.0.
Steps as described except for step 2g as the cell now seems to contain
(General,) instead of the (123) as provided.
Note that Input line still correctly shows 123.
Same problem occurs if original file saved as sxc file.
Attaching both ods & sxc files.
