Problem is with string
sw source\ui\utlui\poolfmt.src STR_POOLCOLL_LABEL_FRAME.
It is "Tekstas" in lithuanian.
It seems what it does not fit into somewhere. Because it is enouth to shorten it
by one letter (for exampe into "Teksta") and the program does not crash any
more.
But i do not program in C so i am reasigning issue to you Pavel, to look what is
the exact problem with that string and to fix it.
