found it, it's a regression from issue 32217
auto grow widht and height are attributes that are hard set when the core
creates title, subtitle or outline presentation objects. These defaults are not
saved and on load they are now removed from the empty presentation objects
thanks to issue 32217.
The root problem is that these settings where never part of the corresponding
styles, but maybe its to late to fix that.
