it's alway the same issue:
two directories generate UNO header to the same output tree at the same time.

the anoying thing is that in most places it would be suffucien to take these
files from solver (generated by offuh already). most of these lists are
incomplete anyway and you end up with a mix of self generated and provided 
files.

to locate directories doing so, looking for COMPnTYPELIST and UNOTYPES is a good
start. if UNOUCROUT is set to a uniq directory, it does at least not harm
parallel builds.

from my point of view, both variants do not make sense at all in most modules.

note that there is one place where generating UNO header localy makes sense:
in the module "stoc" these files are generated with "-C" option which is
different from the common usage.
