Are you realy sure that the used XSLT transformation is the only problem you 
have
 ? The whole filter configuration will be processed by using java tools. And 
building 
it without java isnt currently an option ... because the provided pyhton script 
doesnt 
work.
BTW: The python script was added not by me .-)

The xsl transformation works ... if you use the mentioned java tool. Further 
every 
xsl processor has it's own feature set. So it seams up to you to fix this. I 
dont 
know anything about "libxsl". So I'm not realy the right developer to fix it.

BTW: JAVA is not an option for your build ... but on the other side pyhton isnt 
supported by the SO/OOo environment in general. So both solutions have it's own 
set of problems .-)

Another question: How do you builded the module "officecfg" without java? As I 
know there are also JAVA tools used ... and without a valid configuration the 
office 
does not start too.
