SBA: Verified in CWS locales201.
For some reason, the letter 0x0E95 is used twice (in "numbers", this affects
positions 9 and 10, 41and 42, 73 and 74 that look the same. I don't know Lao,
but this can not be correct. I will write a follow-up issue so that this can be
fixed, too (but not for OOo 2.01 any more).
Set to verified.
