Reproduction
1. Start Calc.
2. View > Toolbars > Drawing.
3. Put one of the drawing objects Callouts on the sheet
with some texts.
4. Save the document.
5. Close it.
6. Open it.
7. Choose the callout.
8. Move it with an arrow key.
You would find another callout behind the callout.
Descriptions for the callout can be observed twice
in the internal file content.xml of the document file.
Notes
This problem is also reported by the community of
Japanese native language project.
